It is so wonderful that we have a whole month to remind us about love. Love in words is Truth, Love in action is Right Action , Peace, and Non-Violence!~ We strive to work together with you to create an understanding in our children that the world can work this way if we are mindful of it! Report cards were delivered at the end of January so we are ready for a new semester of learning and growing! Please be sure to ask your child’s teacher if you have any questions about your child’s report card! We will have parent teacher conferences again in June, but don’t wait until then to ask if you have any concerns! Valentine’s Day is coming and we are going to celebrate with a party in each classroom! The sign-up sheets will be out Monday for each class. Children are invited to wear pink, red, and purple and distribute Valentine Cards, as well. They can be homemade or store bought. Please just indicate who the card is from and the children will randomly pass out the cards to every child in the class. The teachers will let you know how many children are in each class! Thank you in advance for your participation in this fun event! The children will learn about President’s Day this month as well! Our focus will be on Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. It is a great opportunity to learn about the history of America and the contribution these two individuals made! Look for art and information coming home! School is closed February 20th in observance of this day as well! We are proud to announce that our school has been here growing and flourishing for 18 long years now! We are so happy that you are a part of it!
