“If salvation and help are to come, it is through the child ; for the child is the constructor of man.” ― Maria Montessori, The Absorbent Mind
As we head into fall we take a pause to think about the little lives that we influence every day! Re- mind each other to be kind and lov- ing, always. Play…even as adults…don’t forget to play! Be Happy! Now, and always we are so happy to be a part of your lives! Thank you for sharing your children with us!
Our Jog-a-thon is coming up on the 20th. Please fill out permission slips and start getting pledges! The funds raised will be used to enhance the learning and fun in your child’s classroom! If you have any items you would like to donate to the goodie bags that each child gets on the day of the event, please coordinate that with Mrs. Dodd or your child’s teacher!
The mornings are feeling very chilly outside! Please bring a la- beled jacket for your child to use on these brisk fall mornings, even though it warms up to 75 or 80 degrees in the afternoon! If they have an early drop-off, please make sure their jacket comes with them to room 4.
Our Halloween Parade and Party are coming soon! We love when parents come on the parade with us dressed in costume! We have a great time marching through the plaza collecting candy from all the shops. Join us if you can! Please sign up to bring goodies to your child’s classroom party for that day as well!
The elementary students will dress as an animal and give an oral report on these animals on Halloween! This is always a super informative and fun event! They will also have a party on that day! Look for a sign–up sheet for that as well!
Lastly, Please remember to sign your child in every day! State laws requires that you sign in and out each day! Thank you!
