The spring came suddenly bursting upon the world as a child bursts into a room, with a laugh and a shout and hands full of flowers~
We welcome Spring with open arms! This is the time of year here in Oceanside when we learn to dress in layers! In the spring, we experience winter and summer all in one day! Take note of this and please make sure that your child has a jacket (labelled with their name) here at school, every day! It is very cold in the morning and very cold in the afternoon.
March 13th we have our Children’s Literature expo! Join us from 4-6 to tour the classrooms and witness all of the great work that the children and teacher have done!
March is the month when we have one of our favourite activities! We have our annual St Patrick’s Day Parade on the 17th! Be sure to dress your child head to toe in green!
Our little leprechauns will parade through our shopping center and Lake Park at 10 am! Join us if you can!
Please make sure that your child arrives at school either before circle time begins, or after it is over! It is very disruptive to the focus of the group for you to arrive during circle time! If you are not here by 8:30, please wait until 9 to drop off your child! Thank you!
If you bring creams, ointments, or lotions to school you must label them with your child’s name and the date you brought in the product. Be sure to also fill out a medication form, even if the product is just a non medicated diaper cream or lotion.
