“Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and be- hold, everything is softer and more beautiful.” ~Norman Vin- cent Peale

As this year comes to its end we find ourselves reflecting on the things in life that are truly im- portant! We hope that during this magical season you find the time to sit back, relax and enjoy your family and friends!

We will have our classroom cele- brations on December 18th in the evening. Please check with your child’s teacher for times. We are closed from noon on December 24th until January 3rd. We are back on the 4th!

We live in sunny southern Califor- nia, but it is mighty chilly in the mornings and in the evenings!

Please make sure your child has a jacket here at school and please make sure the jacket is labeled. It gets difficult to tell which size 5 Ninja Turtle jacket belongs to which student!

You may have noticed the deco- rated boxes in each classroom! These are for our socks and mittens drive! Please bring in socks and mittens to donate to those in need! We will deliver them to the local shelter over the winter break.

It is so important to teach our children about helping out when we can!
