You know how we know it is spring here at MSO? Why Spring Concert, of course! We have our scripts and are already working hard to produce a great show again this year! Here are some things you need to know: Our show is June 8th! We are excited to perform “A Year With Frog and Toad!” It is at the Star Theater in downtown Oceanside. Every student age 2 and above is performing in the show! School Closes at 2PM the day of the show so we can get to the the- ater and get ready in plenty of time! Tickets will go on sale May 23rd. Tickets are $12 each. You have an opportunity to put an ad in our Full Color Souvenir Spring Concert Program that features your very own child! Save the date and be sure to spread the word about this super fun annual event!
We have a spring service project starting here at MSO on April 18th. We will collect children’s clothes in our donation box- es in each classroom. The clothes will be donated to women in need of funds to start their own businesses in Africa. Check out the web- site. It is through a company called MFGkids.com . Our elementary students will begin their SAT 10 Testing on April 18th. We wish them the best of luck! They have been working hard all year and all of their hard work will pay off now. Our Pre Elementary students will test next month! Children’s Night is a special event here at school when your child gets to show you how they do the work in their classrooms. The event will go from 5-6:30 on Wednesday April 13th. No peeking parents! Classrooms will be closed from 3-5.
